The Financial Planning Association (FPA) has announced that the datasets resulting from the Developing and Maintaining Client Trust and Commitment in a Rapidly Changing Environment study are now available for researchers and academics to access for educational and research purposes. These datasets provide valuable insights into planner/client relationship dynamics.
The research project examined how planner/client relationships have evolved over time by replicating a 2006 study that identified the communication practices that foster client trust and commitment. The research was conducted by MQ Research & Education™ and Kansas State University Personal Financial Planning faculty in collaboration with the Financial Planning Association® and Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America (Allianz Life).
