The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.
Conditions of Use
Welcome to the MQ Store. Money Quotient provides services to you via this store subject to the following conditions:
General Terms
- All registration rates listed in the MQ Store for webinars, teleconferences, trainings, and special eventsare individual (per person) rates.
- All sales via the MQ Store are final and subject to the cancellation policy specified for the event or product purchased.
Electronic Communications
When you make a purchase via the MQ Store, you are communicating with us electronically. Therefore, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. Order confirmation and any subsequent correspondence will be sent by e-mail to the address provided at the time of purchase.
Webinars & Teleconferences
Individual Registration—The registration rates listed in the MQ Store for webinars and teleconferences are individual (per person) rates. A separate registration must be submitted for each individual who would like to attend.
Registration Rates—Registration rates differ based on the registrants’ Partnership status with Money Quotient. Specified rates are guaranteed only to registrants who meet the qualifications listed below:
MQ Partner Rate— Applies to individuals holding an active Partnership for use of Money Quotient Financial Life Planning® tools, and/or the First Step Cash Management System™, and to individuals employed at an active Partner’s firm.
Non-MQ Partner Rate— Applies to individuals who do not currently hold an active Partnership for use of Money Quotient Financial Life Planning® tools or the First Step Cash Management System™, and who are not employed at a firm holding an active Partnership.
Cancellation Policy—Money Quotient webinar and teleconference registration fees are non-refundable. Individuals who are registered for a webinar or teleconference, but are unable to attend the live session will be provided with online access to a recording of the session.
CEU Credits—Webinar and teleconference sessions approved for CEU credit by the CFP® Board of Standards will be indicated as such when announced. To qualify for CEU credit registrants must attend the live session and miss no more than 10 minutes of the presentation. CEU credit may only be requested by the registered individual. The registrant will be responsible for providing the information required to process the CEU request by the deadline set by Money Quotient.
Training Seminars
Individual Registration—The registration rates listed in the MQ Store for training seminars are individual (per person) rates. A separate registration must be submitted for each individual who would like to attend.
Registration Rates—Registration rates differ based on the time of registration and the registrants’ Partner status with Money Quotient. Specified rates are guaranteed only to registrants who meet the qualifications listed below:
Early Bird Rate: Applies to individuals registering on or before the Early Bird Rate deadline specified in announcements and registration information.
MQ Partner Rate— Applies to individuals holding an active Partnership for use of Money Quotient Financial Life Planning® tools, and/or the First Step Cash Management System™, and to individuals employed at an active Partner’s firm.
Non-MQ Partner Rate: Applies to individuals who do not currently hold and active Partnership for use of Money Quotient Financial Life Planning® tools. (Note: For “Fundamentals of Financial Life Planning Training,” those who choose to Partner within 30 days of attending the training course will receive a credit of $300.00 toward Partnership fees. This agreement applies only to individuals paying a full-priced “Early Bird Non-MQ Partner” or regular “Non-MQ Partner Rate” and attending a training session hosted directly by Money Quotient).
MQ Alumni Rate— Specific to “Fundamentals of Financial Life Planning” training course. Applies to Money Quotient Financial Life Planning® tools Partners who have previously completed a “Fundamentals of Financial Life Planning” training course.
Cancellation Policy—As a general rule, the cancellation policy for training seminars is as outlined below. Please refer to information for the training session you plan to attend for specific dates:
If you cancel at least 4 weeks prior to the start date of your training session, you will receive a full refund, minus a $100.00 processing fee.
If you cancel less than 4 weeks prior to the start date of your training session, but at least 1 week before it begins, you will receive a 50% refund, minus a $100.00 processing fee.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 1 week prior to the start date of a training session.
No refund will be provided to individuals who are registered for, but do not attend a training session (ie: “no shows”).
CEU Credits—The “Fundamentals of Financial Life Planning” training seminar is approved for 17.0 CEU by CFP® Board of Standards. The “Principles of Client Communication and Discovery” advanced training seminar is approved for 11.5 17.0 CEU by CFP® Board of Standards. Attending the full session each day is required for completion of the training course and to earn the full CEUs available. The registrant will be responsible for providing the information required to process the CEU request when requested by Money Quotient during the training session.
Webinar Recordings
Recording Rates—Recording rates differ based on the registrants’ Parnter status with Money Quotient. Specified rates are guaranteed only to registrants who meet the qualifications listed below:
MQ Partner Rate— Applies to individuals holding an active Partnership for use of Money Quotient Financial Life Planning® tools, and/or the First Step Cash Management System™, and to individuals employed at an active Partner’s firm.
Non-MQ Partner Rate— Applies to individuals who do not currently hold and active Partnership for use of Money Quotient Financial Life Planning® tools or the First Step Cash Management System™, and who are not employed at a firm holding an active Partnership.
Recording Access—The purchaser will be granted unlimited online access to audio and visual webinar recording for 6 months. Access information will be sent via e-mail to the address specified at time of purchase.
Handouts—Unless restricted by the webinar presenter, webinar recording purchases will include access to the following:
- PDF of PowerPoint® presentation slides
- Copy of any handouts provided to the audience of the live session
